Your AI pilot works. Production is the hard part.

We build AI agents, retrieval systems and automation for GTM, growth and support teams that have outgrown no-code, and we take them all the way into production.

Why pilots stall

The demo runs on one document. Production runs on a million. Teams that succeed do not spend more on AI: they spend proportionally more on evaluation, monitoring and operations, and less on picking models.

  • 01Integration with systems that were never designed for this.
  • 02Output quality that holds on ten examples and drifts at volume.
  • 03No evaluation harness, so quality problems stay invisible until they compound.
  • 04Per-call cost and latency discovered after a launch date was promised.
  • 05Data work that outsizes the model work and was never scoped.
  • 06No owner once the pilot team moves on.

Four things, built properly

01

AI agents on your own data

Research, enrichment, scoring and routing agents that run against your product data and your CRM, not a generic enrichment API. Built when your team has hit the ceiling of what no-code can express.

02

Retrieval systems that cite their sources

RAG over your documentation, tickets, contracts and internal knowledge, with access control that respects existing permissions, grounded answers, and an evaluation set so you can prove it works.

03

Automation and deep integration

Pipelines that connect the systems nobody else will touch: legacy ERPs, in-house tools, undocumented APIs. Where the no-code stack stops, this starts.

Managed LLM operations

Evaluations, monitoring, cost control and model migrations after go-live. The part that decides whether a system still works in six months.

Is this a fit?

Talk to us if

  • You have a prototype that works in a demo and breaks with real users.
  • Your no-code stack cannot express the logic you actually need.
  • Your AI feature ships answers you cannot measure or defend.
  • The integration you need touches a system with no clean API.

We are not the right call if

  • An off-the-shelf product already solves it. We will tell you which one.
  • You want a chatbot on a marketing site.
  • You need outbound campaigns run for you rather than built.
  • The goal is a demo for a board meeting, not a system in production.

How we work

  1. Scope

    Paid scoping sprint

A short engagement that produces the written scope, the target architecture, the evaluation criteria and a fixed quote. You keep the document whether or not we build it.

  2. Build

    Build to production

Fixed scope, fixed price, from the scoping document. Delivered with tests, an evaluation set, monitoring and documentation. The code is yours.

  3. Operate

    Run

Optional monthly engagement covering evaluation drift, cost control, model migrations and changes. Cancellable, and we will say when you no longer need it.

Four questions. We reply within two business days.

Tell us what you are building and where it currently breaks. If an existing product solves your problem better than a custom build, we will say so in the reply rather than in the third meeting.
